Luxembourg, 18 November 2022 – Today’s 2nd noteholders’ meeting of Metalcorp Group S.A.’s 2017/2022 notes in Frankfurt am Main resolved with the required qualified majority of votes cast to extend the maturity of the 2017/2022 notes by one year until 2 October 2023 (approval of 99.77%) and at the same time to increase the coupon from 7% p.a. to 8.5% p.a. (approval of 99.77%). In addition, DMR Rechtsanwälte Moser Degenhart Ressmann PartG mbB, Munich, represented by Dr. Tobias Moser, attorney-at-law, was appointed as joint representative of all noteholders (approval by 100%). Of the outstanding notes with voting rights with a nominal value of EUR 69.885 million, notes with a nominal value of EUR 30.346 million were represented, which corresponded to a presence of 43.42% and was thus significantly above the required quorum of at least 25%.
