BAUXITE
We are currently developing two bauxite mining assets in the Republic of Guinea, a country considered to hold the world’s largest reserves of bauxite. The projects include the infrastructure and logistics required for successful export.
Mining
Open-pit mining of high quality DSO material using surface miners.
TRANSPORT
The bauxite is then transported through newly constructed dedicated haulage roads connecting SBG mine with Port of Konta.
PORT INFRASTRUCTURE
Ore is stockpiled and loaded onto barges.
SHIPPING
Transhipment handled via barges and transhipment vessel (TSV)

SUBSIDIARIES
Société des Bauxites de Guinée (SBG) holds a 25-year mining convention and in 2018 secured an agreement for bauxite mining and alumina refining.
We are currently developing a 300 million metric tonnes bauxite mining and alumina refinery asset, a 190km dedicated haulage road and export facility at the Port of Konta in the Republic of Guinea.

Since May 2020 Taressa Mining Logistic (TML) holds an application for bauxite mining in the Republic of Guinea.
We are currently developing a 450 million metric tonnes bauxite mining asset (184 km² mining area), located close to Wendou Borou 220 km north of the capital, Conakry.
The project includes the development of a 15-million-tonnes-per-annum bauxite production, dedicated road and export facility at the Port of Katounou, Republic of Guinea.
