Luxembourg, 31 May 2019 – Metalcorp Group S.A., a globally operating service provider for the procurement, logistics and trading of steel and non-ferrous metals as well as a leading independent producer of secondary aluminium slabs in Europe, has successfully increased its 7% corporate bond 2017/2022 (ISIN: DE000A19MDV0) by the maximum volume of EUR 40 million to EUR 120 million. The placement was made predominantly with international institutional investors.
The new bearer bonds are expected to be included in the Open Market (“Freiverkehr”) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 31 May 2019 under the interim ISIN DE000A2R14C and, after a transitional period (TEFRA D), will be transferred to the existing listing of the 7% corporate bond 2017/2022 (ISIN: DE000A19MDV0) probably in mid-July.
The successful transaction was accompanied by the BankM – Representative Office of flatex Bank AG as bookrunner and by GBR Financial Services GmbH and STX Fixed Income B.V. as selling agents.
